Standpipe

For situations requiring a free-standing standpipe. Our robust, self-contained, insulated standpipes are ideally suited for caravan sites, house developers, local authorities, residential areas, or anywhere else that requires a free-standing, secure water standpipe supply.

Our Standpipes come with a 20mm MDPE in the base of the unit as standard, if you require a 25mm MDPE instead, please choose when placing your order.

Our products have been used and inspected by many of the water utility companies.

Description

  • Manufactured from Galvanised sheet steel
  • Insulated to help protect against freezing during the winter.
  • Drop down door with lock and key. The Tap box will accommodate customers’ padlocks.
  • Standpipes are durable, practical, and tidy.
  • Choice of Below or Above-ground fixing.
  • (Above ground comes with a foot and brackets, which can be fixed to an existing pad or slab.
  • (The ground below comes with a 600mm channel, to be concreted underground instead of a foot.
  • Complete with WRAS approved fittings and insulated to comply with BS 5422.
  • Standpipes are fully assembled with the exception of fitting the drop-down door onto the front of the unit and also fit the above-ground or below-ground sections.

All units come complete with:

  • Lockable hinged front panel
  • 1/2” Brass Bib Tap
  • Double check valve
  • Drain off Valve
  • Stop Tap
  • 20mm MDPE water connector (optional 25mm MDPE coupler)
  • Does not include hose & fitting (this is for illustration purposes)
