Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but as we manufacture our own products delivery times can sometimes vary.

But as a general guide:

Tap boxes lead time 1 – 2 days. Delivered  by APC next day.

Standpipes lead time approx 4 – 5 working days. Delivered by APC next day.

We use APC Overnight for our deliveries. if your postcode attracts a postcode surcharge, we may choose to send your order by Evri.

If your order weighs less than 1.5 kgs it will be sent by Evri.

Our delivery costs start at £4.00.

The shipping will be calculated at check out.

Items are not shipped over the weekend.

If ordering large quantities of standpipes, please contact us for a quote.

Please supply us with a contact name and tel number and email address for the courier, along with any delivery instructions and opening times relevant to the delivery address.

The courier will email you with the delivery notification.

We currently only dispatch goods to addresses in the UK mainland.
